How To Use Green Tea Diet To Lose Weight

A study published in The Journal of Nutrition says that adding green tea to your diet along with three hours of exercise per week will increase the loss of body fat in the abdominal area than exercise alone. Green tea is antioxidant linked to the polyphenol compounds found in green tea. Polyphenols are known to prevent free radicals --- atoms known to damage heart cells. In green tea there are four primary polyphenols which are often called catechins. Study Journal of Nutrition focused at the level of catechins participants consumed on a daily basis. Adding a drink containing 625 mg of green tea catechins per day with three hours of exercise each week showed more body weight loss compared to the control group who did not receive the green tea
